Meet the Evolon Insites Dashboard: Your Team’s Central Hub for Monitoring Data

The dashboard within Evolon Insites is your central hub for accessing and interpreting critical data and metrics within the software. Data is updated in real-time, allowing you to instantly track the performance of AI on your various sites so that you can respond or intervene as needed.

The Date Range feature primarily drives the dashboard. Select between Today, 7, 14, 30, 60, and 90 Days. As you select a new date range, the dashboard automatically updates all the data visualizations. This is especially helpful when understanding how video alarms occur over time on your sites, which sites have the most, identifying peak hours for security resourcing, and more.

You can easily deep dive into an individual day and view an hour-by-hour visualization of video alarms to pinpoint specific times with event activity.

Looking at the Event Comparison feature, you can toggle between different event types to quickly filter the visualized data. Options include True and False, Person and Vehicle, Loitering, and All Events.

Identifying security event anomalies

Evaluating your sites over a longer time, say 60 or 90 days, enables you to visualize any anomalies. For example, seeing a spike in event activity within certain days of the month each month gives your team a heads-up to staff up on those days and prevent crime.

Planning for peak monitoring hours

As the Evolon Insites system gathers data, you’ll begin to understand the hours each day when you are receiving the most incoming video events. This will allow you to plan accordingly for video monitoring staff, on-site resourcing, or to take preventative measures.

Understand what’s happening on-site

Using the person and vehicle filter, your team can see what activity occurs at each site being monitored. Leveraging the Evolon loitering feature, you can track when people are on premises longer than expected and provide a talk-down or similar proactive response.
