Kevin Stadler

Kevin Stadler

CEO

Kevin is a seasoned software executive with 35 years experience with emphasis on areas of pattern recognition, forecasting, machine learning and artificial intelligence. He has managed groups in the United States, England, France, Sweden and India.

Kevin was most recently CEO of 4R Systems an ML/AI software-as-a-service provider in Berwyn, PA. Prior to that he lead a number of organizations including being CEO of Intactix International, CEO of Standard Analytics, General Manager of SAF USA and others.

Mel Duran

Chief Technology Officer

As co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Mel Duran developed Evolon’s patented technology and is responsible for leading the company’s technical vision and guiding the team in the development and continued enhancement of their robust solutions. He brings to Evolon more than 30 years of experience in the development and optimization of sophisticated imaging and detection instrumentation and systems. As a former Los Alamos Laboratory Division Leader, Duran also has over 15 years’ experience managing multidiscipline engineering groups. This technical experience and knowledge combined with a strong management and leadership background is a driving force in the company’s creation of industry-leading software.

Duran is a graduate of the University of New Mexico with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Blake Pyle

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Blake Pyle is focused on accelerating growth and streamlining operations to support scalability while ensuring the financial health of Evolon. He has over 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience. Pyle most recently served in executive capacities as COO for a startup company, CFO of CRS Solutions and Senior VP of Finance for EVO Payments International. Previously, Pyle co-founded Encore Payment Systems and four affiliated companies between 2004 and 2013.

Pyle received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where he was also co-captain of the baseball team.

Craig Jeffries

Evolon Co-Founder

Craig Jeffries is the co-founder and former CEO of Evolon.  Prior to Evolon, Jeffries held executive positions at global technology firms including Honeywell International (formerly Allied Signal), Exostar LLC, KLA–Tencor, Advanced Energy Industries, and  Hewlett Packard. He began his career as an engineering intern at the Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Jeffries has an M.S. Finance from the University of Denver, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.

Douglas Kramp

Managing Partner – ReignRock Capital Partners

Douglas Kramp is a Managing Partner of Dallas-based private equity firm ReignRock Capital Partners. He brings a wealth of experience to Evolon, and has a track record of leading, operating, and transforming public and privately held companies in industries varying from fashion accessories and home services to telecommunications and internet security. Previous experience includes Senior VP, Special Markets, Digital Direct and Marketing for Fossil, as well as serving as CEO of ZixMail.com, an internet security company Kramp took public along with two other executives.

Kramp graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Geology.

Steven Ganss

Managing Partner – ReignRock Capital Partners

Steven Ganss is a Managing Partner for Dallas-based private equity firm ReignRock Capital Partners. Ganss has significant capital markets experience, spending 12 years as an investment banker as well as five years in PE, completing transactions across multiple industries exceeding $2 Billion. Prior to co-founding ReignRock Capital Partners, Ganss co-founded North American Spine, a healthcare company in which he served as the CFO for six years. In his role as CFO, Ganss oversaw the company’s financial and operational development from 4 employees with zero revenues to over 100 employees at the time of its sale to Nobilis Health Corp. (ticker: HLTH) in December of 2014. This exit resulted in an ROI of more than 50x to the owners. Previously, Mr. Ganss consulted with boards of directors on behalf of clients concerning strategic advisory/alternatives analysis and  broad corporate strategy. Ganss brings both operational and financial expertise to his role as a board member with a focus on building companies and engendering franchise value.

Ganss received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Baylor University.
